The Pilipino Youth Coalition-San Mateo County (PYC) is the local chapter of a Bay-Area-wide youth network seeking to empower Filipino youth by providing culturally-relevant mentorship, advocacy, organizing, and leadership development opportunities. As the Liwanag Kultural Center’s flagship program, PYC hopes to support its Jeff members develop site-specific, fun-yet-informative programming at F.A.C.E.S.
